EA-6A Intruder  : kit review and modelling report

The model was completed using a combination of the kit's decals and a  Microscale set. Set 72-128 has fine markings (but for A-6A's)  and includes good stencilling.

  The Fujimi kit decals for the squadron VAQ-309 was combined with the Micro stencilling.
Final details included:
- ECM jammer pods with some decals from the Fujimi kit
- opened ladder, made from thin cart
- rear air brakes with opened up holes
- lights and anti collision beacons from Micro kristal clear and some transparent bits and pieces

cockpit panel, a combination of decals from the kit and paint

avio
the avionics "bird cage", made from scrap parts.
